Raíces est un collectif organisant des évènements de musiques latino-américaines en France,
ils ont fait appel à moi afin de créer une identité visuelle correspondant
à leurs racines (la Colombie).
J’ai donc associé le rythme avec les couleurs de la Colombie ainsi que de la France,
le tout forme la lettre R et pousse dans le sol telles des racines.

So I associated rhythm with the colors of the Colombia and France, all forms the
letter R and grows in the soil like roots.
Le 2 Décembre 2023, le Collectif Raíces organisait son premier évènement au sein du Cinéma l'Univers à Lille.
Concerts, projections et expositions artistiques étaient au rendez-vous.
Pour illustrer cet épisode, le collectif souhaitait un visuel style vintage imageant un être nourri par ses racines. Concernant le format nous avons décidé de nous inspirer du Polaroid, clin d'oeil au cinéma qui expose toute sorte de matériel retraçant l'univers de la photographie et de la projection.
On December 2, 2023, the Raíces Collective organized its first event at the Cinéma l'Univers in Lille.

To illustrate this episode, the collective wanted a vintage-style visual depicting a being nourished by its roots. As for the format, we decided to take inspiration from the Polaroid, a reference to the cinema, which exhibits all kinds of material relating to the world of photography and projection.
